Hi Graeme I have just returned from a lovely early spring walk with Max. Saw lots of dogs with their owners and every single one commented on what a lovely calm well behaved dog Max was, I told every single one this was down to you and your great dog training methods. Graeme says: Jacky did some 121 puppy training and came to puppy classes almost 2yrs ago. He was soooo friendly but he was about as excitable as a cocker spaniel gets (which is very excitable!), so he got the nickname Mad Max. Jacky's applied what she learnt and he's become a lovely (and loving) family pet in the long term. Great! 25th Feb 2011
