We called Graeme after several quotes for expensive dog training classes and after we had tried everything, we thought we were going to have to accept buying a new sofa every month and being dragged for miles on walks. After lesson 1 we noticed a difference, just being firm and persistant with him meant Jack did what we said straight away.
